No Internet service

Went through the usual troubleshooting stuff from mts site. Nothing helps. Please help me

Nest step would be to call MTS support   204-CALLMTS (204-225-5687) and go through the prompts to get to the 24 hour support line and see if they can see if there are any problems on your line.  

They may  have you redo some of the troubleshooting stuff on the webpage before going on to advanced diagnostics.

I sure wasn't. And could not speak to anyone, I tried for hours to figure something out.

Did you try calling into Technical Support? They're open 24/7, even over the holidays.  204-CALLMTS (204-225-5687)

That's a actually a lie. I phoned that exact number, and.... The voicemail I got was that mts sent their employees home to spend time with their families.

I'm sorry you were unable to get through. Sales and Service indeed would have been closed, if you chose the options for tech support they are always open. 
We would like to help resolve your internet issues though, if you can send your account number and contact information via email we can have someone reach out to you at the contact number you provide.

I am capable of listening to menu options and selecting the appropriate. Trust me, you had no tech support available to your consumers at these times. I am insulted now.

I apologize, I was not trying to insult you. What can happen is if there is a billing issue, even if you chose the technical support options you are redirected to billing automatically by the system. 

Please send an email to community@mts.ca with your account number/phone number and we can have a tech representative get in touch with you about your account so that we can get your internet up and running for you.
