Well I've been here before with this issue almost a year ago.  I can no longer send or receive mms messages again with my nexus 6 and I'm not sure why.  It doesn't matter which app I use, google messenger, chomp sms, etc.  I have even tried sending changing the size of the pic in chomp to 300kb and still nothing.

my current settings for apn are:

APN: sp.mts
MMSC: http://mmsc2.mts.net
MMS proxy: wapgw1.mts.net
MMS port: 9401
MCC: 302
MNC: 370  (my apn deletes itself if I try and use 660)
APN type: default, mms, supl (doesn't matter if I remove that or not)
APN protocol and roaming protocal: IPv4/IPv6
MVNO Type: GID
MVNO value: 2C

everything else has a Not set value.

any ideas?

Hi Alan,

Another suggestion to check on your device would be your Message Centre number.  It should be +12042511020.  This can be found in your Message icon settings when you select "Text messages" under the Settings list.  So the general path would be:

Messages Icon > Settings > Text Messages > Message Centre: +12042511020
