New to MTS ( I came from rogers)

(Wireless and home internet) I just signed up yesterday with MTS and received no credits towards a new phone. Today I found out that I could of traded in my old phone and also receive a signing credit to put towards a new phone, but the representative did not speak of this to me. I will most likely be cancelling my service today - I also signed for home internet which will also be cancelled. Not Happy with the service I received from MTS at all. My question to MTS - Will you fix the issue?

For wireless I would say stay with Rogers as they gave many network enhancements that MTS does not have. For Internet Shaw will always out perform MTS unless you have fibre in your area.

I still haven't heard anything back. At this point I might forget about the whole thing. Hopefully when they didn't send my cancellation notice to rogers. - I got them to port my phone over.
