(Wireless and home internet) I just signed up yesterday with MTS and received no credits towards a new phone. Today I found out that I could of traded in my old phone and also receive a signing credit to put towards a new phone, but the representative did not speak of this to me. I will most likely be cancelling my service today - I also signed for home internet which will also be cancelled. Not Happy with the service I received from MTS at all. My question to MTS - Will you fix the issue?
