I switched over to MTS Webmail about a week ago....much to my surprise, I actually completed to whole transition myself! So far, everything is working just fine and I have no problem with anything at all with the new email. I simply sat down just as one would in a new car, looked around to see what and where the dials, levers, gauges and steering wheel were and took off. Very simple and more than enough options for me and my needs. Soooo, I just want MTS to know that although there is no shortage of upset and p'oed customers out there with the new system, I am impressed with it, and several of my friends are, as well. I have been a MTS home phone, cell phone (Evolve), internet and tv customer for many many years, and will continue to be so for many many more. When the odd problem does pop-up once in a blue moon, a solution is found before the technician and I say bye. And talk about knowlegeable, friendly and patient technicians and staff, wow! Keep up the great work MTS.
