need help to figure out whether or not my service is upgrading or cut off

I forgot to make a payment and am reliant on my wireless for communication since my cell phone broke...

Not quite sure what you are asking? Is your cell phone still broken or do you have another one now, and that one is not working?

If you are a post pay account (monthly billing) and have not received any communication from the accounts department of Manitoba Telecom advising you are in default, you are probably not cut off.

What part of Manitoba are you in as there are no service issues showing on the service status page.
