Best bet to get it working faster is use a cell (your number is a land line as far as I can see) and call 611 or 204-CALL-MTS. (204-225-5687)

MTS may have to schedule a service call depending on what they see when their test group runs a test routine on your line.

You have probably already done this but MTS service dispatcher will probably ask if you  have  tried a different telephone (if available)  or tried the one not working in a different jack to rule out that the telephone or jack are bad.
