My phone fell out of my pocket and the screen is now cracked, which makes my phone unusable. I did purchase the protection plan, but my bill reads that im only paying 3.00 a month and not 7.00, i was under the impression that i was paying for full protection
Hi Christine, We have a few different tiers of Protection Plan available to try and accommodate the different needs of our customers. The plans have also changed recently with the release of the new My Plan. Your best bet would be to visit the dealer where you purchased your phone to have them check on the specific plan you subscribe to and have them assist you with the repair process.
