This has happened several times in the past and our household had sought out information and assistance from MTS several times about this. We have been helped with care and patience with staff at the MTS Customer Service about our Internet quality but we can't seem to resolve the problem. We are reluctant to switch providers again since we have been with MTS for awhile now. It seems like our Internet quality diminishes a lot over night and that is when most of us will use it since everyone in this household is in school or at work during day-time. We depend on the speed and quality of our internet to enjoy the the wonders of the internet at night. Movie nights are always interrupted because our internet goes kapoot on us. Our ping will go from 60 fps (day speed) to almost 4k fps at night! It is really frustrating to us all. We have had our router upgraded twice now. Was wondering if anyone else had any suggestions? One of the customer service reps did tell us that someone in our area was connected to the same channel as us and had more power than us (maybe they're using two routers at once?).. if you have any suggestions or advice please let us know. Thank you in advance. We don't know how to change channels and asked if MTS could for us but they didn't seem to know how either.
