I have an internet phone service that forwards call and text to my MTS Cell phone. A few weeks ago, the texts stopped getting to my phone. I can still send texts to other cell phones, but not MTS cell phones (I've tried others). What's up with that?
I've sent a request into our network operations centre so we can check and see if any blocks or error message have been recorded in our system. We may have to open a ticket to begin an investigation if the problem is not something our technicians cannot solve themselves, as is often the case with inter-carrier issues. I will follow up and expect to have have an answer within a day.
