Hi Dylan,
It's possible the wireless within your router may have been disabled somehow.  This can occur if the device is factory reset.  There are 2 ways to resolve this.  You can login to the device yourself and re-enable the wireless, you would have to do so from a computer that is currently hardwired to it and you would need the wireless key for the password.  You login to the device by navigating to in an internet browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox.  Once logged in click on the wireless section at the top and there is a check box to enable to wireless.  Your other option is to contact our technical support group.  They are available 24 hours a day and can enable the wireless for you.  They can also help address any other issues that may be causing this problem if there are any.
Hope this helps, and good luck.
