My email account won't sync between home and LG g3. What am I doing wrong?

Since the recent email migration, my email between devices doesn't sync. Delete in one place and they remain in another. What am I doing wrong?

Hey Tom, 
It sounds like 1 or both devices have been changed to a POP setup instead of IMAP.  You can check out the site and search for IMAP setup for your devices.. or you could give our tech support group a call or chat and they can walk you through double checking the setup.
