Has anyone else experiencing an issue on paying bill online through MyAccount using VISA? I've been having this issue since yesterday both on different computers and networks. Definitely not a credit card issue as I can still use my card on different transactions and have used the same card to pay previous MTS bills online in the past.

It would be nice if American Express can be accepted as payment too.

Still getting "Your credit card payment could not be processed. Please try again." error after multiple attempts since yesterday. Bill is due today. I would've paid in person but there seems to be no location in Winnipeg that accepts bill payment. Option to pay through online banking as per support page says that Bell MTS should be the payee and Bell MTS Home Services should be the account type. Problem is both are not showing up when trying to add payee through my online banking. I will try the last resort which is to phone MTS tomorrow.

Hey Dyords,
Sorry to hear your still having issues with the MyAccount page trying to pay your bill.  I couldn't say why that is happening, I personally have not made payments directly through the site so I couldn't even speculate at any issues.  There are however many locations that do accept payments in person.  If you go to mts.ca/storelocator and select "Bill Payment Location" as the only option at the top it should give you several results with different options.  Besides that I think you are right that a credit card payment over the phone would certainly work as a last resort as well.  If you do call in I would recommend asking about the bill payment issues on the MyAccount site.  I'm certain the billing agent will be able to help either by giving helpful information or even escalating a ticket if there is something up with your account specifically.
