My $2000 phone bill i got in just one month

Well im always caught up on my phone bill. I just switched to mts 3 months ago and this month tjey decided to hit me with a $2000 phone bill wtf they said they would be saving me and my family money but nope. Im unhappy and ready to go back to Rogers.

It says its our data but we are always connected to wifi.

They can't charge you more than 50 on data without you agreeing to it

The Canadian radio and telecommunication Commission they regulate, all Wireless services in the country as well and television in radio. And internet.

If after talking to BellMTS billing dept  about the problem bill, and if its not  resolved to your satisfaction,  you would then contact  The Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services .  They are the body that administers the wireless code for the CRTC.

I'm just wondering is there more than one device on this account as that one may have received the warning text.

Here are the rules BellMTS uses to send out a warning text to customers

You also said that you are always connected to WiFi. 

Unless this device never leaves your residence it will connect to data once its out of range of the WiFi base station until it finds a BellMTS WIFI hot spot or you can connect to some sort of free retailer/restaurant/civic WiFi spot.

In my personal case I loose my BellMTS  router  connection about 50 feet from my house and go on data from there.

The other phone has unlimited data in manitoba and she never leaves manitoba. I never go over my data
