mts voicemail issues

i am trying to empty my voicemail box because it keeps saying its full but there is no option to delete old messages why am i paying for something that i cant even use

One other way that Tennille did not mention is If you don't have a twitter account (like me) or a Facebook account  you can also use 204-CALL-MTS to contact  support.

regarding deleting your messages, there is no group delete for your voice mail box you have to go into each message and delete them manually to free up message slots.

its says there are no messages in mailbox and that my mailbox is full. i cant get chance to delete any thats where i am having issue

In that case contact MTS and they will have to do a reset on your voice mail.  Sometimes the voice mail box gets corrupt and needs to be reset to clear it up.
