Not sure if your aware but MTS has one (maybe 2) company owned stores in Winnipeg, the rest are all franchised stores that MTS has no direct control over.

If there is a problem maybe bring it to the owners attention and see what they  do about it.

I know if  I had a business and a customer had a problem in one of my locations I would want to know about it.

Does that apply to your online Chat CSR's as well?  They are far worse in arrogance level than the franchise store staff.

of course report it. MTS management can check the chat logs and see how the customer and CSR interacted and see if additional training is required
