I have MTS Prepaid Cellular....MTS Evolve, and a high balance which expires on July 14/15. I know that I read somewhere a few weeks ago where it was stated that there is a 7 day grace period to top-up the account after the 30 day top-up date. I have tried with no success to find that information. There is no problem topping-up the account, I just need an extra 4 days to do it. Does anyone know about the top-up grace period I am talking about. Thank you.

Hi there,
Do you have a prepaid monthly wireless plan? If so, it says that plans will automatically renew when your plan is finished every 30 days. In regards to the gracing period of 7 days, it says in our Wireless prepaid userguide, "You will have a 7-day grace period after your balance expires to top-up your account. If you don’t top-up within or before this timeframe, you will lose all the money on your account."
