Came from Shaw cable. Used to have their modem/router in bridge mode. I have Voip adapter and need to shape traffic myself with 3rd party router. Is it possibile to have MTS to push the firmware to their gateway the same as Shaw cable does?

Bridge mode may be available to you on your gateway. In my case, it took a few weeks for the latest firmware update (which added the option to disable routing) to be pushed to the device. In the meantime, you can use the DMZPlus feature to expose your 3rd party router to the internet.

Thanks Dylan.
This is the way how I use it now. My router is in DMZPlus. Which helps a bit, but still not solving my jitter issue. I had the same jitter issue initially with shaw cable and after switch to bridge mode, I had no problems with jitter since then.

As an update, I checked the new firmware and turned off routing. Now gateway works in bridge mode. Yes ;)
