MTS is too busy to take my call. Chat option busy. WTF?

It's 2PM on a Saturday afternoon and there is no way to speak to anyone at MTS. How messed up is that. I guess I'll have to file a CCTS complaint.

Sometimes if the queue is too full the call will disconnect, you just have to keep trying and it will eventually go through. That has happened to me a few times in the past but it has gotten a lot better over the years.
