Hi Mark I think I might know what changed, but I want to gather some more detail from my peers and it shouldn't affect speeds at all. In fact I'd expect latency to improve. If you have traceroutes before and after, would you mind emailing them to community@mts.ca? TorIX also did some changes in November, although I'd have to ask my core buddies if that impacted us as I'm not sure who does our peering. Also if you don't mind throwing me your RG MAC I can check your line at the same time.
