MTS Internet down since yesterday morning

My MTS Internet went down yesterday morning, have tried unplugging the boxes and powercycling multiple times here and there but nothing. Still have wireless and TV. Anyone else have problems. Elmwood area. Called MTS and store is closed, webchat is offline.

Out in EK and no issues. best best is to call MTS @ 204-CALL-MTS  (204-225-5687) and see what they have to say.  if you have twitter you can contact them @MTSHELPS.

When you say store is closed do you mean you get told to call back on Monday when you use 204CALLMTS? 

That number provides access to 24 x 7 service support,  unless there is a problem with your account and then it tries to send you to the business office which is not open on Saturday/Sunday /Stat Holidays.

Weird got it fixed, had to call in but if I put in my account number or phone number it wouldn't go thru I would get the business hours are between Monday and Friday. But if I didn't answer when it asked for account or phone number it would patch me thru to tech support. Turned out to be a setting on there end but worked right away after. Thanks for the help.
