MTS blocking CRTC Sam Knows emails?

Just out of curiosity before I open up a ticket with CRTC Sam is anybody else that is in the MTS monitoring program getting their monthly emails?

I noticed that I have not been getting the monthly performance reports for the last few months and because I file mine I know that I have not hit the spam key instead of the delete key by mistake.

I wonder if the MTS email provider thinks its spam and is suppressing delivery because of the large volume of emails going out to all the Canadian Internet providers that would be generated by Sam knows each month.

Hello Clifford,  

Have you spoken with Technical Support already to check?  If you provide them with the email address that the emails are supposed to be coming from they should be able to investigate that for you. 
You can use the usual support channels or send us an email with your account number or email address along with the email address the emails are coming from and I'll find someone in technical support to dive into that for you.

Afternoon Tennille:

No I have not talked to Tech Support yet as it could be that CRTC Sam Knows is no longer sending out the monthly reports on BellMTS performance and not notified the BellMTS Customers they requited for monitoring.


I'll check next with Sam Knows and if they are sending them out I'll open a BellMTS tech ticket.

I heard back overnight from  Sam Knows and they are not sending out the the MTS report cards until they change the MTS clients  to a new dashboard but did not notify us in advance of the suspension of emails.
