MONTH NUMBER 5 WITH A WRONG BILL AGAIN!!

MTS - it is now month number 5 and after going back and forth multiple times last month with multiple people from MTS and a guarantee that my bill was now correct, I just received my new bill and it is WRONG AGAIN!!! Can you please give me a final explanation of what exactly I need to do to get this fixed before I just switch altogether???

I don' work for MTS but this sounds well beyond reasonable.They should offer a significant bill credit as an apology.

thank you.  I am sure you can see what I am talking about.  It again says I have an outstanding amount - this time it is $41.41 which has been added to my bill this month.  Plus I got another email saying I have an amount of $41.41 due.  I am about done I have to say.  It doesn't seem to matter how many times we go through this and I am promised it is fixed, it never is!!

It might also be that an alternate number, such as a cell, might be a more appropriate contact. Pretty sure MTS could add those notes too if wanted.

Cory - I can't answer my cell at work so doing that wouldn't help. They pretty much have to call me at home.
