I have been a loyal MTS customer for over 30 years. In that time I don't ever recall receiving a call from MTS regarding disconnecting my phone due to an unpaid bill. In the last month I have had 2 calls regarding the above. The first call was regarding a bill that was maybe 10 days over due which I had actually paid the previous day online. The second call was today. This call was actually 7 days before my bill was even due. Apparently they expected both months to be paid when the overdue bill was paid. The customer service rep then asked if I was going to pay the balance by the due date. When I said 'I don't know ' as it is really not her concern she said I better otherwise I will be receiving a another call. Both customer service reps also stated that there have been no changes in procedure since Bell took over. What a joke. Time for a change.
