Long Service Connection Times

Is anyone else having problems where service will disconnect and take a day or two to reconnect? The last few months I've had my router randomly disconnect and not being able to reconnect for a very long time. It'll go between flashing green (connecting), then red (no connection). Today it was working fine, but the WiFi was slow so I reset it. When it came back on, it wouldn't connect.

I keep contacting support and I've had three technicians come over, but the problem still persists. I'm keep having to use my phone for internet, and my connection keeps getting throttled every month because of it

Put another call in if you have not done so already.  When you say the last few months I am going to guess that your service was fine in the winter and started to go bad in the spring when the snow started to melt?

if so you may have a "wet cable" due to the spring melt and now due to all the rain we have had.  Those problems are hard for MTS to find as the service comes back when the sun evaporates the water out of the cable.  If the tech is able to come out while your service is down it makes it easier for them to find the problem and fix it.

As this is an ongoing problem you may be able to get an escalated call and have them out the same day.
