the new lollipop 5.02 operating system upgrade has killed my sony xperia zl phone. It crashes, won't turn on and it says it is 100 % charged. I know this is a problem with the lollipop OS from other forums, is MTS aware of this issue?

Official Response
Hi Raindog Brit, I responded to you in the other Community post.
I'll re post here too:

Is it possible that when you upgraded to Lollipop it took up most of what was left of your memory on your device?
That can often cause problems with an update.
Are you using a Micro SD card to store your media on your phone?

Try doing a back up (using the Sony software** downloaded to your computer) and then wipe your phone.
Once you've wiped it view how much space is available:
Settings>Storage>Total space/available space

See if the phone will operate without restoring your personal information onto it and if it works.
If it does then memory space may be the issue. Try using a Micro SD card if you haven't yet.
If the phone is still not wanting to work properly after trying these things take it to an MTS dealer location and have them take a look at your device.
