when communicating from the office, I find the easiest and most effective method to be live chat. However, it seems for every one time I get through, I have attempted to chat 6-7 times, usually over the course of an hour. This is akin to waiting on hold for an hour IMO. 

This is, to me, poor service to me. And really needs to be addressed.

When all of our chatters are tied up, it will simply tell you that there are no representatives available and to try again later. If you are to try again in a few minutes, there's a good chance that you'll be connected with someone.
