lg g3 audio problem

my lg g3 is acting up like when ever i plug headphones in the jack it crackles and i have to wiggle it to get it to play sound and if i move in a curtain direction it also stop playing so i was wondering if i take it back to the mts store where i purchased the phone will they charge me to look at it?


and also a few people who i know that has switched over to mts said that they got a 200 credit from switching from the previous provider to mts i never revived this and i switched from rogers like is it too late?

Hi Mario,

If your phone is still on warranty you may be able to get it repaired for free, depending on the nature of the damage. Otherwise, you would be responsible for any repairs that are needed. 

In terms of switching from Rogers, you could call customer care to see if you would still be eligible for a conversion credit.
