Kudos to Home Networking Tech Support Howard

With consistent issues with WiFi in our home, speeds finally bottomed out .  Called Home Networking support this AM.   Spoke with  Howard and "where has he been all our MTS life".  After he checked numerous factors he came back and tried two things.
Problem with our speed was corrected by switching from Auto channel to a specific channel. Doing the happy dance,, only wish this was caught and corrected a long frustrating while ago.  Thanks Howard and you deserve a corner office right beside Jason.  MTS, faith restored

Saw this yesterday in the midst of a busy day and one that we didn't serve our customers very well and it certainly made me happy.
