Just by mousing over the click here link I would suspect that the email is a scam (the link is not from MTS but some weird name).  Never mind that I have never heard of anybody being suspended by receiving too many spam messages.

If you really want to make sure you can contact MTS at one of their 3 access points:

204-CALL-MTS and follow the prompts for tech support, or use their webchat from the MTS.CA site (if you are not on a smartphone)  or twitter (@MTShelps)

By the way I would take your email out of your  posting to keep the spam bots from finding you later with more span.

Clifford is correct (good catch) it is not legitimate and is directing to a page outside of the MTS network. This is an example of phishing, we do have some literature about this type of scam on our website https://mts.ca/phishing.

Future emails will trigger a spam response and we did file an abuse complaint with the host of the malicious page owner where the link was directing to.

I also took the liberty of redacting your email address from this post.

Many thanks,
