I've had problems activating my voice mail. When i enter in my password it says to contact the administrator regarding my account.

It can take a bit of time for the system to activate the voice mail box if you are a new customer or adding it as a feature to an existing number.

You can call the MTS support line at at 204-CALL-MTS (204-225-5687) and they can see if its just pending activation or there is some sort of problem.

Thanks for reaching out - Clifford is right, it can take a while to have the voicemail kick in. Are you having trouble with it on your home phone or your cell phone? There's a bit of a different procedure for both.
