Issue with Ethernet, need fix ASAP; fans are impatient!

Trying to do my livestream like usual however my Ethernet cable was not receiving a signal from the router. It was connected and this problem just started today. I am using the Lightning50 plan and running Windows 10 Pro. Using the Killer2200 Gigabit Ethernet Controller (NDIS 6.30), Driver version Please help ASAP!

Did you try the cable in a known good LAN port on another device if you have one? (Game console, laptop, smart TV, Blu ray, etc) If it works, then you know it's not an MTS issue.

If you have a spare LAN cable, you could try that. Also, make sure you aren't plugging it into the red Broadband port on the MTS modem.That's only used for FiON customers, to hook up to the ONT.

There could be a chance the LAN ports got disabled on the MTS modem, if someone was playing around with settings in the modem GUI.
