Is the BellMTS website down?

I noticed my credit card charge seemed high, so I've been trying to log into MyAccount and keep getting a "server not responding" message. Tried on four different devices including the iPhone app and nothing is connecting. Couldn't even sign into this site using BellMTS authentication so I had to use Google to authenticate. Something broken?

Hi Blaine,
I just tested the MyAccount site and was able to login without issue.  It's certainly possible they may have had some issues last night but nothing that I was aware of.  Give it another go today and you should be OK.  If you do continue to have issues though I would recommend giving our Customer Service department a call to see if there may be something up with your account specifically.  Hours of operation and contact info can be found at bellmts.ca/contactus
