My problem too - Safari on ipad or Chrome browser on desktop both problems

I am using MS Edge and although I had to go through a sign on update requesting a challenge question which took a couple of minutes, I was able to log in without problem. Given that the takeover by BELL has changed the site there may be compatibility problems. I also tried IE 11 and had no problems.

Well..I am 3 for 3 here,browser wise and nada..and no-one from Bellmts is answering here or on Facebook.

Just to add to my previous note; yes the address has changed but accessing the old mts.ca links should automatically send you to bellmts.ca, just like this page.

I just used the Chat Now function and was able to get into My Account etc.... but... super duper slowwww speeds

There have been a number of posts over the last few days about intermittent problems with the MTS My Account app.

Well..this isn't the app..it's the bellmts/mts website itself.Pretty sad when the website is only available to some of the subscribers.Makes you wonder about potential customers coming to check out what bellmts offers and then not be able to connect to the site.One would think this would be a priority fix as it is a very bad first impression for someone who may be interested in signing up with bmts and their website doesn't even load.For days..not hours..(And before everyone says it's my devices..it's not..went through the whole rebooting blah blah stuff and apparently I am not the only one affected according to Support)

Hey Everyone,
Sorry for not responding in here sooner, seems I missed this post when it initially came up.  We are experiencing an issue with the BellMTS.ca website right now however it's only affecting certain blocks of IP addresses.  Basically what this means is that some customers connections will not be able to access any BellMTS.ca websites while others will.  We think we have all the affected blocks figured out and are working towards a resolution as quickly as possible.  Very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work through this little hiccup.

I'm part of the affected block. Payment is due Wednesday 23rd. Will the issue be resolved by that time?

I am also in this "block" of IP addresses apparently. I have no idea what my bill is and I haven't received an email bill since March. Guess I'll guesstimate my bill this month?

Well I doubt anything will be fixed soon with it being long weekend.They actually finally acknowledged there was a problem three days and it surprises me that they don't give an update progress on their status page.Maybe we are the ones destinied to be transferred to Telus.

Can't access anything! Tried several ways .... nothing works! Is this an indication of what is to come as a result of the merger?  Payment date is fast approaching. Wondering if there will be late payment charges.....OR MAYBE "THEY" WILL GIVE US ALL A $100 CREDIT BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIENCE ???

Unfortunately it seems the issue is still occurring. Until this is resolved I would recommend making other arrangements to see or pay your bills.  You should be able to access the site from a different location than your home, or if you have a mobile device with data you can use that.  There is also our billing department that can be reached by phone Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm at 204-225-5687.  Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, issues like this that are intermittent and affect some but not others are very difficult to figure out and resolve, but we are on the case and hope to have it resolved soon.

Just to post an update... I've been experiencing the same problem, but it seems to have been resolved now, at least for me. Hopefully the problem has been resolved for others.

Thanks for the update Zeph.  There was a fix applied last night and the issue should be resolved.  Our testing showed positive results and hearing others like yourself saying it's better is encouraging.

For the last several months, I have issues in accessing My account page of Bell MTS in Chrome. Even in IE, it is quite slow. It is a frustrating experience when you face these kind of issues during a bill payment. A company with the size of Bell MTS should have fixed this kind of issue much earlier. Wondering why nobody is looking at this. This is the error message I got when I tried to access it today (not sure whether the error message was the same in the prior months).

Oracle Access Manager Operation Error
The WebGate plug-in is unable to contact any Access Servers.
Contact your website administrator to remedy this problem

Sorry your having such troubles with the site.  I don't think the issues you are seeing are global.  I myself was using MyAccount quite thoroughly last night without any issues, this is likely why it's not being investigated more directly.  With that being said, a local problem is really no different to the affected user than a global one.  This error you are getting, does it come up as soon as you try to load the site or after you try to sign in?  If you can't access the site at all that is a much different issue than not being able to login.  Other than that have you tried any troubleshooting?  Performing a browser clean up, disabling any antivirus to see if it's interfering.
