There are several factors that contribute to slow speeds, from the network itself, to equipment being used and activity on the line. All these things would have to be investigated to determine the best course of action for you. You can certainly try a few basic things like a power cycle of the MTS equipment along with any other equipment you may be using (third party routers, switches and computers) but failing that a call in to our technical support team will yield the best results for you.
