Internet is not working?!?!?! feeling frustrated with mts. why should I stay with mts?

Now what part of wpg. There were reports that there was going to be outages in Elmwood, perhaps even East Kildonan, due to MB Hydro Electrical work being performed.

If you live in a different area then I woukd be calling MTS techinal and have them help see why you have no Internet

those service outages were this morning and the initial posting was last night.  Best bet is to call for support and see what they say.

You could also tweet/Facebook them they have technical support working 7 days a week or via web chat on MTS.ca.

There could be an unrelated outage in your area, or or just on the equipment you're fed from, possibly only affecting a handful of customers. It could also be a bad modem, or a problem on your line.

Customers with MTS home phone have a slight advantage in troubleshooting, because they can tell if there's static on the line, or if it's completely dead.

What model of modem do you have, and what lights are on or off?
