I do not have a couple hrs to be on hold and "Chat" of course is experiencing high volumes so I was wondering what Intl Text Msgs-Pay Per Use means on my phone bill?..I have 5 and cannot find any evidence on my phone that they were made.I haven't been out of the country..so what are they?

Not sure why they show up but the few times they have shown up on my bill, I have called in and had no problem getting the charge taken off by the CSR I talked with.

Hey there,

If International Text Messages - PPU show up on your bill, it means that the phone has been communicating with a non Canadian number. This may fall out of the realm of what your plan includes and so therefore charges will be applied when messages are sent to them.

If you aren't finding evidence of the numbers in your physical inbox for your text messages; it may be generated through a 3rd party application for text messaging, group chatting etc  that assigns non Canadian numbers to the users to communicate using the app.

If you have more questions, or would like the dates and times - Customer Care can give you a hand and may be reached using any of the contact points found here: https://www3.bellmts.ca/mts/contact+us

Cheers,
Gillian
