Good morning!! My parents just did the classic to ultimate TV upgrade yesterday. They are currently subscribed to movie central and hbo but they don't have access to the movie central on demand feature but just a preview. Is that not included when you have those channels?

My knowledge on all the rules of subscriptions isn't the best but from an access perspective if you press the VOD button on your remote and then scroll down to "subscription TV" that is where the "on demand" programming is. From there you should be able to see Movie Central on demand and other catagories. If it isn't there I would suggest a call to technical support.

Have a great day!

Bryan, push the Video ON Demand button on the top left hand side of the remote. Movie Central Should be listed at the far right of the screen. The menu structure of Classic vs Ultimate is a little different. If there isn't a lot of content in the Movie Central folder the order may not have been placed properly. If this has happened please call into the the call center at 204-225-5687 and they will be able to help you.

Further to Jason's response, when you press "VOD" or "Video On Demand" on your remote control, "Featured" should be highlighted underneath the MTS logo.  Use the arrow keys to scroll down to "Subscription TV".  I've attached a screen shot and if the TV doesn't present this image, then a call to tech support should fix it, 204-225-5687.

After you have highlighted "Subscription TV", scroll once to the right, and then scroll down until you highlight "View More" underneath "Movie Central On Demand".  (The services are listed in alphabetical order.)

You can either press "View More" or scroll once to the right and press "Movie Central On Demand".  Both will give you three options:  HBO Canada, Movie, and TV Series.  Pressing any option will give access to all of its titles.  You can return to any previous menu by pressing "Back" on the remote control.

I note that you're helping your parents with this.  MTS VOD offers an alternate view of the titles, and your parents can decide which they would prefer.  The system defaults to the Grid View with posters, but a List View (in text) is also available.  On the VOD main screen, scroll to the very bottom and press "Display Style".  (See the screen shot again.)  Scroll to the right and then scroll down once and press "OK" to highlight the "List View" button.  When you press "Back" on the remote control and scroll up to the menu options, all of the sub-menus will be in text.  You can revert back to "Grid VIew" with poster images simply by repeating this process.

I'm sorry your parents have been having a problem.  Please let us know if they are still unable to find the shows they would like to watch.
