If I'm traveling outside of MB but my cell still says MTS 3G am I being charged for roaming?

Hi Kiri,
When you are outside of Manitoba you are always technically roaming, however there is a difference between Canadian roaming and International roaming.  Roaming within Canada wont immediately incur roaming charges like you would in say the US.  For calling you would get charged long distance, but no roaming if you are still within Canada.  When it comes to data, when you are outside Manitoba you would be using your Canadian data, if you leave the country then you would be roaming.  You'll only start getting hit with roaming charges if you leave the country, or sometimes when you are very close to the boarder and happen to pick up a US tower.
