I think my account is frozen i just moved may need to make a payment but can call mts cause my phone is now dow

If your landline service was disabled for billing, I think they still leave dialtone on the line, but it can only be used for 611 or 911. Any other calls will get a pre-recorded message saying to call MTS to activate it.

If you just moved, and are carrying your landline service, it may not have been transferred on their end, or might have trouble on the line at the new location.

Can you send us your account number and your service address of your old and new locations? We will figure out a way to get you back up and running. 
You are also able to make payments at certain MTS Connect locations. There is a phone available there as well if you need to report a payment or call in to make a credit card payment. Our list of stores can be found here, make sure to check off the 'Billing Payment Location' box before searching. :)
