I have been noticing problems with my email since switching over to MTS. Lots of error messages when I try to delete junk mail. Anyone else having any issues?  Messages saying they can't connect or can't receive or send messages and then the messages download anyhow.

Hi Linda,
Sorry to hear that your email is giving you such a hard time.  These errors you are seeing, are they happening directly at the mtsmail website or do you use an email program like windows live mail or outlook?  If they are occurring at the mtsmail site then it's an issue we will have to escalate to figure out what's happening with your account.  If it's happening within a mail program then there are many things that could be occurring, from account settings being incorrect to client issues to internet connection problems.  Might be worth giving our tech support crew a call to look into it with you as email can be a little finicky and tricky to diagnose.

To add to what Jeremy said, I notice that I often get an error when I try to delete Junk mail when there is an attachment that might be harmful or from an email address that I don't know. There are lots of different types of errors so if you are still seeing these errors and are concerned about them the next time you see one appear stay on the error and call into Technical Support so they can take a look. (204) 225-5687
