I hate the new email

I am so frustrated with this new email program, why does MTS keep changing their providers!!!! I was trying to attach pictures and nothing I tried would work. I easily did what i wanted to do on GMail.  Why does MTS keep changing? Not to mention all the spam / junk mail all of a sudden.

Hi Deb,
Sorry for the delay in the official response.  Clifford is exactly correct, this move was not our choice at all, Microsoft decided to end the agreement we had with them to support the email.  If you like there is information found HERE that may answer some of your questions.

As for the issues with attachments, we did have some issues a few days ago with the website.  It was giving errors, would attach files and just all round having a bad time.  This issue was resolved but still gave some negative impressions of the service.

One thing I can mention, if you were using Gmail before, you can certainly continue to use Gmail, that service would never be restricted as it's not related to MTS in any way.  We hope that you can use the MTS Mail service and it can meet your needs but we also understand that it's not for everyone, you should use what works best for you.  If you do have any more issues or even just some questions our technical support group is available 24 hours a day for your assistance.
