The forum members gave you good answers, tech support is operational 24/7. We also have a couple of other options. If your internet isn't completely down or you have a mobile device you can tweet to @MTSHelps on Twitter, send them a DM with your account number and they can help you from there. Lastly there is also web chat, but if your connection is completely down that might be more difficult.
