Has MTS. Figured out how we can sync our email files so that sent emails show up in my IPhone when sending from my PC and vice versa? This problem is very inconvenient for me as I use three different laptops and IOS devices. Surely there has to be a better way?

Depending on how you have your email setup on your various devices, your sent items can synchronize between them.  However, there are a couple of stipulations with how the iOS devices handle sent items.

Email messages sent using MTS Webmail, or other email clients will be stored in the Sent folder in your email.
Emails sent from iOS devices, assuming that email is setup as IMAP, will be stored in the Sent Messages folder instead.

If you use Outlook for your email on your PC's, you can change the folder that it uses for sent emails to match what the iOS devices use, as the iOS devices cannot be changed.  Instructions to change the sent folder in various versions of Outlook can be found at: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Change-where-sent-email-messages-are-saved-BD95EF3B-8C04-46...

If you use MTS Webmail, or another email program, your sent items will be synchronized between devices, but will simply save to different folders.  You can still view the Sent Messages folder on your PC's, and the Sent folder on your iOS devices.
