How to ix horrible install

Hi. My mother in law got tv,internet, and phone installed yesterday by BellMts. We have a major complaint about this install!! When running the cable from the room with the router/gateway to one of the tv boxes, he asked if he could run the cable along the baseboard and around the door frames as it would be easier for him. We said that it would be ok as long as it was not noticeable and "looked nice" since my mother in law (who is 80 yrs old by the way) just spent $35,000.00 renovating her home. The installer yelled from the front door that he was done and left while we were in  the kitchen at the back of the house. We walked into the hallway and were shocked that not only did this cable run not look nice, it was absolutely not acceptable. The cable is not only horribly crooked in spots(it is as much as 2 inches away from the moulding around the door frame) but the doors to 2 of the bedrooms can"t be closed anymore!! We want someone to fix this mess ASAP!

That sounds terrible and we do apologize..  If you send your contact info, your mother in laws phone number and address we can have someone contact you and arrange to have this fixed up.

Couldn't BellMTS just put a tv box in the den where the gateway/router is and waive the 3.00 a month rental fee as a goodwill gesture? This just occurred to me as a simple solution to having to run the cable down the hall past 3 rooms. It wouldn't even be hooked up to a tv.

Hi Jason, I sent the info.  I spoke to someone on the phone about this problem and they said that we would receive a call within 48 hours. I would like to give you the info anyway just so that you can follow up on this for me. I also requested that it not be the same installer since I have absolutely zero faith in him after seeing what he considers acceptable work! The sad thing is that I am the one who talked the mother in law into going with BellMts as she had a bad experience with MTS many, many years ago and didn't want to go back to you. I noticed the bad cabling right away but had to leave to get my son to football practice so didn't realize the doors wouldn't close until my mother in law called me in tears this AM. Thank you for your help in this matter.
