How come I can't watch recorded programs on main tv but can on others? This just started today

Hi Brenda,

There could be a few things causing this issue.  Some things to consider, your "main TV" the MTS box that is connected to it, what is the model number?  It's located right below the power button, starts with VIP.  The actual PVR box will have a number 6 in the model number.  Depending on which box it is can affect if watching recordings will work.  Another thing to ask is if you have had any equipment replaced recently, that can also affect viewing recordings.  The answer to these will affect the next few steps.  My best recommendation would be to investigate these things and contact our technical support group.  They can investigate the equipment and your account all at the same time and come to a resolution with you.
