How can I get my home service account no. without waiting for the first bill to arrive through mail.

Hello , Im new to MTS and have my service set up less than a week ago. I was trying to register to my accounts and it was asking me about my home service account no. How can I get my home service account no.? I went to MTS GArden City and I was told by their sales staff to wait for my first bill to arrive. Is there any other way of getting hold on home service account no. aside from waiting the first bill to arrive by post. Any response is highly appreciated and Thanks in advance.

Kenneth's right on with that, you can normally get your 9 digit MTS account number within a few days after your installation (the install order needs to close before it generates, so this is 1-2 days at most after the install date).

The MTS Customer office can provide you with this over the phone, or via Webchat on the MTS.ca website. The phone office is open weekdays 8am-6pm, Saturdays 9am-5pm, and webchat is available 8am-8pm weekdays and 9am-5pm Saturday.
