My girlfriend's parents are with bell in ontario. We were on vacation for a visit and noticed they had an HD set top box but the old tube TVs. They also had HD channels and told me the rep told them this was the best possible plan for them.
Needless to say, after much back and forth with Bell's 1-800 customer service center, we got it straightened out. They wanted to add more channels when i called. I couldnt beleive it.
Hopefully Bell keeps its grubby fingers out of MTS's day to day ops.
