I thought I would let you know how disappointed I am with the service I am getting from MTS. I wanted to add an HD set-top box and when I first called customer service I was told I could go to a store to pick up a wired one and install it myself. Then when I went to a store I was told I had to call customer service to get one sent to me. Now I am told I cannot get one sent out, but need to schedule an installer, which there is a fee. A very frustrated and disappointed.customer.
