HD set-top box

I thought I would let you know how disappointed I am with the service I am getting from MTS. I wanted to add an HD set-top box and when I first called customer service I was told I could go to a store to pick up a wired one and install it myself. Then when I went to a store I was told I had to call customer service to get one sent to me. Now I am told I cannot get one sent out, but need to schedule an installer, which there is a fee. A very frustrated and disappointed.customer.

Sounds like somebody at the Contact Center gave you information about the wireless  set top box option which is available from the MTS Select stores for self install.
