Grahamdale Manitoba Cell Tower
The tower keeps dropping communication.  We can only get maybe 3-4 minutes of talk before the calls / internet / signal drops.  It is like something is rebooting in the tower.  After a quick 20 second tower reboot, the cell comes back into service full bars.  This is happening to everyone who tries to use the Grahamdale tower.  Telus / Bell-MTS / Rogers customers.  I noticed this start happening on Sept 23rd.  Was perfect before then.  I am a Telus customer and talking to their level 1 helpdesk is painstaking.  Who can I get in contact with to look into the tower issue?

As you are a Telus customer you may get a faster response on their forum. If you know anybody that is a BellMTS customer and they have the same problem have them call 204 225 5687 to open a ticket as that may fix the problem for everyone if its a joint use error.
