Getting very frustrated

I live in the east kildonan area and i'm Getting very frustrated with the Internet service you have been providing since 8:00 pm last night. It has been VERY inconsistent, working for about a minute then absolutely nothing. This has made online gaming unavailable, Netflix to not work, and Internet browsing almost impossible. I noticed in a couple other threads saying that this problem is solved.

The large scale issue where customers were getting the "content filtering message" and slow browsing was resolved this morning and really only started after midnight.  There could still be lingering hydro issues in the area that are impacting your particular curbside cabinet and not your house power or there could be a cable issue.  I would recommend restarting all components of your network if you haven't already and then calling into Tech support and looking at your specific situation.
